The camera of the P168, a complicated issue that has disappointed more than one.
features 2 megapixel definition say yet most say they only get to 1.3 Mp and some including myself have been included only configure a maximum of 640x480 (VGA) which is very poor for a digital camera these times.
seems that the problem lies in the model we have and I do not mean to P168 or P168 + if not to the internal chip which is based phone.
Depending on the game we have three different chips.
The worst fate that we have the MT6226 has VGA camera, others have MT6226M 1.3 MP camera and more graceful (you know that healthy envy) are MT6227 2.0 MP camera
The only question I have is: Will different cameras depending on the model or only depend on firmware can configure the maximum and can then be updated in the future to take advantage of all the definition of the camera? I hope this is last but for now I have the answer.
