Finally the page is ready with a list of Internet and MMS settings for all countries (or at least for most).
I lingered to update the table above because I was preparing this new website where you select the country and then the telephone company to obtain the data of the settings that are useful to any mobile phone or cell phone.
In the previous post is deleted before data table but keep the steps to set up the CECT and a link to the new site with more complete data.
Hope this helps more people asking for settings that were not in the table above and please advise if anything is missing or if some configuration is not working (if they tried it and it works well, also send an email so we know when a problem if the configuration or a problem on your phone or contract).
